Heart rate tracking app for android

So my last phone (Galaxy s6) had the S Health app that I used frequently to track my resting and post workout heart rates. I found it to be fairly accurate (I work in a hospital and repeatedly tested it against calibrated equipment with typically only1-2bpm difference when "resting"). Unfortunately that phone drowned at my first half marathon and while I can load the S Health app on the old phone I am using now, for manual logging of BG and BP, it wont let me measure or manually enter HR.
So anyway what I need is a tracking app that will allow me to manually enter my measured HR. I really liked the ability to see graphs and sort "types" of HR measurements (resting/post workout etc). I don't need an app to measure my HR, just to track changes, as I have since purchased a pulse ox that reads quickly and is more convenient than measuring with an app.
Thanks.
