Full-fat sour cream.1

Mmmm, I made black bean chili last night, maybe this should be lunch today.1 -
Olive oil, but I still use butter.1

My favorite way to have it is with lite sour cream and Brummel & Brown ("butter" spread made from yogurt - 45 calories per serving) + salt & pepper. Yum.1 -
Baked yams or sweet potatoes are naturally more moist than regular potatoes and have more vitamins/nutrients. I'll usually just grind some rainbow pepper on a baked sweet potato and it makes a lovely lunch.0

Moistness depends on preparation, they seem about the same to me (I like both just roasted with a bit of olive oil and salt/pepper, mostly). The nutrients they have are different, but about equal. Depends on what you specifically need, but I think both are good, variety is good, so both are worth eating.
In the US they are almost certainly sweet potatoes, not yams, in reality.1 -

i will just say it's awesome to see someone else who eats sweet potatoes with some pepper or a more "savoury" preperation like i do. The ladies in my old office used to cringe when i ate them with butter, salt and pepper and question why i'm not eating it with brown sugar, marshmallows / fluff, etc.1 -

I don't mind sweeter stuff on sweet potatoes, but I *love* savory stuff on them. Chili is one of my favorites, it goes really well with the richness of the sweet potato. I will also sometimes stuff them with Indian-spiced chickpeas.0 -
I have Low fat Philadelphia any flavour (sweet chilli is fav).0

I just stick with butter.1

Since I am gluten free, I use baked potatoes in place of the bread for cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks. I saute onions, mushrooms, peppers and meat with garlic, worchestershire sauce and soy sauce. So yummy!1

Until MFP I didn't know this was a thing. other than say honey roasted to have with a roast dinner but that was still for savoury eating. So I have never had them loaded with sweet things!0 -

Add chili powder or some chili/lime salt. Delicious. I don't really like sweet applications for sweet potatoes.0 -
Laughing Cow cheese wedges are great to nix both the cheese and butter. There's several different flavors, too, so you don't get bored.0

I bake my potatoes in a casserole dish, covered, with a little bit of water on the bottom. A few holes in the taters with a fork. They never come out dry. They are delicious and soft; all i need is a little pepper .0

A-1 steak sauce is amazing on baked potatoes.0

I eat sweet potatoes (naked) for just that reason -- they don't get as dry. But if I do eat a regular tater, I use fat free Greek yogurt.1
