Improving my health

Hello everyone <3 my name's Sarah, I'm 44 and have struggles with illness. I've started eating much more healthily and exercising more, strength training and cardiovascular.
But frustratingly I've gained weight, so I've come on here to monitor my calories, get inspiration and track my exercise. Any motivation from people similar to me would be greatly appreciated x

    Welcome! Good luck on your journey. Mine started here seven months ago and I've lost more than 40 lbs...if you're doing weight training, you might not see as much loss and you expect...one pound of muscle is smaller looking than a pound of fat...you might be adding weight but losing fat. Try measuring yourself (waist, arms, thighs, chest, etc) and doing some comparisons.
