Sleep Eating

I did my cardio late in the evening last night...I went to bed and awoke this morning with a hint of wasabi and apple on my breath. Thankfully I'm out of town for work and only had healthy snacks in my room. But still!!! I demolished a bag of Mott's apple slices and a can of Wassabi and Soy Almonds. Oddly enough I remember the exact number of almonds I ate so it was an easy log!

Anyone else find themselves doing this?

Weird, are you on any medications?

No. I think it was from just being super drained from cardio and being on a lower carb diet because I couldn't stop eating the apples. My body was probably desperate for sugar.

I did this when I was on ambien. My daughter told me I would prepare a whole meal, sit down & eat it and then go back to bed. In the morning I had no memory of it. Crazy!!!

I've heard of that! That's why I asked about meds!
