Starting over again

So I've let myself go a bit and gained so much weight and stopped exercising. Now the doctor has diagnosed pre-diabetes and a fatty liver. Now I have to start over. I almost joined weight watchers but realized they are not much beyond what I was already getting here. I just need to take more complete advantage of the tools here. It's going to be a long haul.

Even though it's similar tools some people do best with a program and real individuals keeping us motivated (that is if you go to the actual weight watchers place).

If you have the fatty liver diagnosis, the doctor is also warning you about a possibly very serious issue, especially if you drink alcohol. I don't think that it's only a problem for people who drink alcohol, but that was the case for my husband. If you haven't looked it up, please do so. It's important that you understand.

My sister was also diagnosed with pre-diabetes. She changed her diet, exercised, and lost the weight! I am trying to go the same route as her and it appears you are too my suggestion is change one this first (ie diet) and then after a couple of weeks change your exercise (ie start 20-30mins a day). I found this helped me out when I was re-starting out here best of luck! you got this!!!
