A long journey...

Hello all,

I have been on here for years but never really took it as seriously as I am now. In June 2016 after attending a theme park where I couldn't ride on all the rides because of being too big, I decided it was time to make a change.

So far I have lost 20 pounds with a lot of ups and downs. I would like to lose about 44 more pounds to get to my ultimate goal - once I'll get there I'll set another ultimate goal of I feel like I need/want to. In the meantime I have a mini goal to lose 17 lbs by June 2017 for my birthday vacation.

I am starting to put a little exercise into my day, mainly just walking or doing some short work out videos to begin with. I have a lot of issues with either eating too much and gaining weight or not eating enough which also makes me gain weight. I am still trying to find what works for me.

Anyways, I would love for people to add me. It would be an added bonus having friends with open food diaries to get more ideas of things to make and eat.
