New to the app

Hey everyone. I'm new to using this app. What are some suggestions and points you can share? I use a Samsung Gear Fit2 which I track most of my activity, so I downloaded this APP to track food.

    Drinks tons of water, log everyday good or bad and move!!! You got this, wishing you nothing but success along your journey :)

    Just finished first week. I am 60 years old and weighed 232.5. Lost 6 in the first week but had a couple of drinks over the weekend. Not going to weigh myself until Friday so hoping I will be able to neutralize any damages. I would also like to get down to around 150. Anyone who wants to be friends along the way .. feel free to ask. We can all use support

    Hi! Read the forums and actually listen to people who lost weight and have been here for awhile...they really do know what they are talking about. And before anyone says it, get a food scale and weigh EVERYTHING
