Book recommendation: Relationship with food

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a book (program/tips/advice) on how to change your relationship with food? In the past I've always "dieted" where I lost a bunch of weight, was "done" dieting, then gained all the weight back. I'm looking to change my relationship with food so it's more of a lifestyle change than a "diet".

I'm working my way through The Beck Diet Solution, which is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to change how you think about food. It's supposed to help you "think" like a "thin" person and get out of that diet mindset. I've reached a point where I'm struggling a bit and I'm finding it really helpful.0

I would start with 'Death by Food Pyramid' by Denise Minger.
(Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Death-Food-Pyramid-Politics-Interests/dp/0984755128/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1488212404&sr=8-1&keywords=death+by+food+pyramid)
It will give you an overview of the various studies, diets, and programs marketed to the American Public. This single book helped my understanding of and relationship with food more than any other book has done. It gives a nutritional layperson the tools to critically examine the claims of various programs, diets, and studies.
Good Luck,
Cody
P.S. My local library had an electronic copy of this book.0
