2 days a week I am awake and active for 22 hours. -I work a night shift.
Just wondering how other night shift workers or any one who doesn't get much sleep fit their meals and calories into a long day.
I need something at 3am to get me through the shift!

I have this issue one day per week. I already cycle calories and bank them for the weekend, so I just added calories to my long day and subtracted some from another day. It's also likely that you're burning more calories being awake longer, so you might be "earning" more calories anyway.0
