    Going back to bed is a major calorie killer! I am always amazed at how many moreccals I burn in a day just by getting up early!

    It always helps me if I planned a workout with a friend! I don't want to stand them up, so I have to go do it.

    Commit to putting your workout clothes on including shoes and spend at least one minute doping something, after that if you want to go back to bed, ok, do this for at least two weeks and see how it works for you

    I got a jogging stroller when my daughter was born. After dropping off the kids, put the baby in the stroller and walk. Wherever you go, you STILL have to get back home.
    Realize that you can be inspired, cheered on, encouraged, etc. but unless YOU really want to do it, it ain't gonna happen.
