What I want

What I want is to be in control. As it is I can't stop eating at times.

Not that far overweight. At 5'9" and 172 lbs I am just over the top of normal for BMI. I'm medium framed so looking to put myself square in the middle of the range (21.7). That means I need to weigh 147 lbs. So I need to lose 25 lbs. That said, I do carry some muscle through my shoulders and I run and do jiu jitsu so I'll revise if I start to get too thin.

Anyone else out there who is 50 years old and trying to be leaner and fitter than they have EVER been?
