I wake up some mornings weighing 177.4 and others I wake up weighing 178.4 or even today I woke up at 179.2. It changes day to day on what I eat at night. I wake up three to four times a night thirsty and drink water. Could it just be water weight in the morning. I feel the exact same as I would if i weighed 177.4. It is crazy. I burn about 700 to 800 calories a day too. My weight just gets to me all the time.

Weight fluctuations are completely normal, don't worry! Everyone experiences them, including myself :)
A variety of things can lead to such a pattern:
    -Sodium intake
-Amount of sleep (I notice the more I sleep, the less I weigh. Maybe because my body has time to process everything?
    -Water intake
-Clothes you're wearing (do you weigh yourself in the same outfit? one may be more bulky than another)
-How much... er.... waste... is in your system (if you haven't gone to the bathroom recently)
-Menstrual cycle (Seeing you're a guy though tells me you shouldn't have to worry about this one haha)

I'm sure there's a lot more things that I'm forgetting, I'm just basically going off memory :P This is why people usually only choose to weigh themselves once a week, to hopefully avoid these fluctuation scares. However, I still weigh myself every morning just to get an idea of maybe if I need more sleep, need to watch my sodium intake, etc. :)
