Easy recipes

Anyone interested in exchanging healthy easy recipes?
I've seen most of MFP recipes, they look great. But most of them are either expensive stuff, too many ingredients, ingredients I can't find in my country or too complicated to make. ( If there are any Mexicans with spicy, full flavor recipes, they'll be widely appreciated).

Use the search tool to see if a group already exists for that, or, create a group for it. There's always pinterest.

This one sounds it might be what you're looking for (I make it with homemade salsa and use 60 calorie tortillas, and you can make it as spicy as you want):

Learn to cook, and you won't need recipes. Learn what constitutes a balanced meal, which flavors that go together, how to prepare different ingredients. Learn to read recipes, use them for inspiration; find your own personal ways to simplify the often overcomplicated methods in the recipes. Learn what ingredients are absolutely necessary for a dish to be that dish, and which can be substituted or left out. Learn how to get the most out of the food you buy - how to plan meals and how to use up leftovers.

If you're after specific recipes, ask in the recipes forum.

skinnytaste.com is a favorite around here.
budgetbytes.com is one I love for being cost effective. She doesn't include the nutritional information, and that doesn't seem to be a priority on her end, but I often enter the data in myself the night before so I can adjust my day accordingly.
