I started my weight loss journey on 12/26/16. lggsqsh83oki.jpg
So I can't tell if anything is looking better.
I started at 212 and I am currently at 200 pounds...

I have always had a low self esteem due to my body and I know it's only been 12 pounds lost so far but has there been any type of improvement?

I suggest you get a cloth tape measure and track your chest, belly, waist, etc.
You'll see progress there more clearly than in pictures, better for your self esteem.

Cool lol thanks for the suggestion! It's hard to tell in the mirror even though people tell me I already look smaller!

Yes!! I definitely see a difference. It's funny how we are blind to our own progress but other peoples' is so obvious. You look great!
