Healthy Body and Mind

Hi All :)

My goals are to create habits of eating healthy, regualarly, and in moderation. I would like to lose from 10-20 pounds but I am in no rush to do so (but of course that is a huge plus). I mostly want to create good habits of being heatlhy, mind and body, because that is when I am most happy.
