Hey I need help for the food which can make you full but have less calories can any one suggest me some foods like that ??

    That's now how it works.
    I assume you want to lose weight and have excess body fat.
    You lose weight by consistently eating less than you burn.
    This doesn't mean that you're going to starve yourself - in fact the opposite: You should eat the right amount of food (calories) that your body needs minus just the amount that your body can use up every day from stored fat.
    This means that you can pretty much eat whatever you want. A varied diet which includes food from all the food groups every day, will make you feel full for the right amount of calories.
    What you need to do, is make sure you are getting in the amount of calories you should have, every day. Use your food diary for that. Log correctly.

    Good points above. Also realize that you don't have to feel "full" after every meal.

    I like soups. The progresso light soups are about 200 calories per can and they make me feel satisfied. They do have a lot of salt though, so there's that..

    Why not just eat more protein and fat which help with satiety? As long as you are in a calorie deficit you will still lose.
