Stuck on the same weight

Hellllp I'm stuck on the same weight and nothing I do will shift it what can I do.any suggestions please

For how long have you been stuck? What's your height, weight and calorie goal? Are you logging intake correctly (weighing everything, using correct entries, hitting your calorie goal)?2

This happened to me when I first started lifting. Muscle holds a lot of water, so as your lean body mass increases so will your weight. Tracking your body fat percentage (such as with a caliper) will show your progress more than just weight loss.
Of course if you aren't lifting there's some other issue probably at work here.0 -
Hi, Im new to MFP.... been following it strictly and keeping within my macros.... been in the gym regularly and I'm not seeing any results! Week 5 now and in the last week I've seen no drop in my weight at all. Cant get my head around why?! So very demoralising

Hi, same here doing everything I should but weight wont move so now trying 21 day fix as no calorie counting so food is not always on your mind.... I put a post up on this earlier today (noone has entered any help as of yet) as I still want to input on mfp so that it links to my fitbit but don't know how to log it ! I have so much to lose and every weigh day is so upsetting !0
