I lost weight about 3 years ago almost and it dropped off me so fast and so good and I was so active and constantly watching what I ate. Then I went to university and got a boyfriend of 2 years and I've put the 4 stone back on and more

Story of my life
Every time I lose weight and then I slowly start slacking and not exercising and then I stop counting calories. This time I'm going to stick with it, I hope you can too1 -
You did it before, you can do it again.
When you lost the last time did you count calories? perhaps you had too much of a calorie deficit which meant it wasn't sustainable. That's generally why 'diet's' don't work, when we go back to normal eating the pounds slip back on again.
Find a way of eating that you CAN stick to, nothing drastic nor faddy, aim to lose around 1 to 1.5lbs per week and slowly but surely you will lose and you'll not feel deprived either.
All the best1
