Kettle Bells & FitBit

So I did 25 mins of Kettlebells this am plus a 5 minute warmup walk on the mill. My fit bit logged it as an 85 calorie walk?? I busted my *kitten* and was a sweaty mess.. figured it should have been almost 200 at least? What's a better way to keep track of and log those workouts?

Using a chest strap HRM, AND logging it as a circuit/crosstraining workout will get closer.
Pedometers(Fitbit is a pedometer) aren't good at logging strength/circuit workouts.1 -
You have to manually add your exercise in Fitbit as it doesn't know you've been doing a work out. Its only a pedometer unless you have the one with the heart rate function.0

Absolutely, use a chest strap HRM! Stanmann571 is absolutely right, while I love my Fitbit, I wish they had a chest strap like Polar does. It's the only way to accurately monitor your strength training/circuit workouts.0
