Can I get my Fitbit steps to automatically show up on my calorie count daily? Example, if I walk 10,000 steps, can it automatically deduct from calories I have eaten?

You can sync Fitbit and MFP. But I'm not exactly sure what you're asking.
MFP has you state your activity level: sedentary, lightly active, etc. and it estimates how many calories you would use in a day based on that.
Fitbit tracks your actual activity, and estimates your total calorie burn based on movement rather than how active you say you are.
If you sync MFP and Fitbit, and Fitbit says you burn more than what MFP estimated, you earn extra calories.
Such as for me, based on my height/weight/gender/age and 'lightly active' MFP expects me to burn 1774 calories per day. Yesterday Fitbit showed I burned 1906. I earned an additional 132 because my actual was higher than expected.
One note: as you sync thru the day, the adjustment will change because MFP is esimating what you'll burn for the rest of the day, and your actual activity for the rest of the day may differ.0 -
It depends, if you have set your MFP Activity Level too high, such as Very Active, even with 10,000 steps, you may not see a positive adjustment. I have my Fitbit synced with MFP set at Sedentary and have enabled negative adjustments. I start the day out of bed with a negative Calorie adjustment, but as I move throughout the day, the adjustment eventually turns positive after about 2500 steps.
If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.
If MFP and Fitbit are not syncing at all, read through the below articles and follow the steps. If you still have trouble syncing the Fitbit, then I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages... http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new
