Hello all,
I wish to lose about 15 pounds by June , Right now focusing on losing 5 pounds by March 25 - doable right? I am 5'2" and 130 , 115 pounds is where I feel my clothes fit good and I feel good about myself . I have also lost over all body tone especially the mid-section.
Around 6 years back I reduced from 130 to 112 using MFP , running and youtube-circuit training - I feel like I should be able to do it again.
Couple of weeks back I got back to running an hour - 5 days a week.
I wish to start tracking food diligently from now - so far I am able to stick to it for 2-3 days and then I slip .... I would love some advice or some diet/nutrition based challenges.

The best advice I can give is to reevaluate your goals. Since you are already at a normal BMI it probably won't be possible to lose 5 lbs by March 25. When you have less to lose you typically can't lose as fast because you can't create a big enough calorie deficit in a healthy way. Since you're only wanting to lose 15 lbs it would be better to set your goal to lose .5 lbs per week. MFP gives you a calorie goal based on your daily activity not including exercise so you should track your exercise and eat back a portion of the calories you earn. Yes, it will take longer to lose the weight but you will be less likely to get burnt out and binge or quit.
