TDEE Q? Last 10 Pounds.

I use an Apple Watch to track my activity, it reports back to Apple Health Kit. AHK shows my average daily "Resting Energy" at 1500, it shows my average "Active Energy" at 688. Are these two numbers combined (2188) the same as my TDEE?
If I maintain this level of activity and eat 1688 per day, in theory, I should lose 1# per week (2188x7-3500), or to lose a half pound, eat 1938 (2188x7-1750)?
I'm 5-7'F and currently weigh 149. I have been bouncing around in maintenance for 6 months after losing 70# in about a year.

Your intake over the last six months is your best guide to TDEE.
Remember even the best calculator is just an estimate and can be undone by logging inaccuracies, both human and tracking devices.2 -
My specific question is if those 2 numbers added up and TDEE are one and the same.0
