First day of P90

So, I've not been to happy with myself with my workouts and haven't seen that scale budging (well, not going down anyway). So, I've had the P90 system for awhile now. The regular P90, not the P90X or Insanity or anything. I drug myself out of bed earlier than usual, did my weigh in (which I wanted to throw the scale, but this is why I started the new program) and did the measurements and pictures. Today was Sculpt 1/2. It was rather easy actually. Granted I did break a sweat..but I guess I was expecting something really crazy. Probably because I only ever see the commercials for P90X and that looks insane. My main worry (aside from being motivated to get up early in the morning to do the workouts) are my knees. Just the after effects of being so heavy my whole life, genetics, and age I have 2 bum knees. I take Glucosamine liquid every morning and that seems to be helping. Anyway, I took the lunges really easy and the knees seem to be fine at the moment.
So, the plan is P90 in the morning, my usual 3 mile walk at lunch at work (I have access to a gym downstairs so I can shower off and not be all stinky the rest of the day), then possibly a walk after dinner, then yoga or Pilates (most likely yoga) at night before a relaxing bath. It is actually the workout schedule I used to keep, oh, 2 years ago. So, it isn't totally crazy for me. The main thing will be the P90 and the yoga at night (I tend to sleep and feel better after doing all that stretching). Anything else will be bonus.
The other hard part will be the snacking at night. I'll admit, I've slid back with the eating habits. So, I'll need that after dinner walk (or workout video) to occupy myself. And, getting up so early I'll most likely get to bed earlier, which equals not feeling like snacking.
