I am really into quick, innovative low calorie, low carb, high protein homecooked meals. My weakness is: rice and chips (crisps).

I'm having rice tonight with dinner tonight...I see nothing wrong with that. I don't keep chips in the house and only eat them in single serving packaging when I'm camping.

Nothing wrong with rice or crisps in moderation. I especially love wild rice...yum. I eat rice 1-2x a week.

Crisps I rarely eat..I don't crave them or anything I just sort of eat, forget, rediscover, eat, forget. I prefer veggie crisps (parsnip, beetroot, plantain) but only eat a 20g serving as they're pretty fatty so the calories add up quick. I'll buy a 100g bag a couple times a year and eat some for five days then not want them for another six months. It's kind of nice because it's like "Oh I forgot these existed..this'll be something different" with me.

Jasmine rice....yum. Can't see giving that up forever. All things in moderation for me.

I eat rice a couple of times a week, and really don't think I want to stop.

I'm pretty picky about potato chips and need to be in the mood for them. My salty snack of choice is popcorn.
