Pre-Workout Suggestion

Hello everyone.

I have been on my weight Loss journey since 1/3/17 and I've lost 20lbs so far. I have 80 more pounds to go. With that being said I have a question regarding a pre workout. When I go to the gym after work I feel sluggish. I feel like I'm not giving it my all when I'm working out. Could anyone help me with some suggestions on powders or foods to eat that will give me the boost I need. Thanks in advance.

    Coffee, a caffeine pill, a B12 vitamin

    Edit....Not all three together, tho!

    I highly suggest coffee! I've tried a bunch of pre-workout supps and they all make me feel jittery. Nothing replaces coffee in my book LOL

    Examine your sleep patterns and typical diet before supplements.
