Dreadful Scales

How many people still use scales to measure weight loss? I used to and some days I would be so disappointed with myself, I found it hard to recover. I found if I track my progress with measurements I had better results.

I'm different. I can't get my measurement the same twice so I gave up on measuring myself. Daily weigh in for me.0

I have the opposite issue. I lose on the scale but not at all in the places I measure. But definitely do what works best for your situation. I always encourage people to do both at least in the beginning to see what works best for them. I never take measurement now because I'd quit out of frustration...0
