hi everyone! i've been using my fitness pal for along time. I got off a bit for almost a year. now i'm back on it. i have logged in for 14 days in a row and didn't even realize it until today.

I had to pray and ask God for a mind to log in what i eat, change my eating habits, and exercise more. i am hoping to loose a good amount of pounds by the end of april. right now i am at 272. i am hoping to be in the 250s.
