How do I increase my calorie intake but not overdo it with carbs?? I'm suppose to not exceed 109g of carbs a day along with 109g of protein but I'm only getting less than a 1000 calories a day.

Less than 1000 calories a day is unhealthy. Increase your fats, lower your carbs, and keep your fiber above 15g a day.

Where are these supposed to numbers coming from?

    At any rate, more fat.

The previous posters are correct, you need to add fats.

Is there something you are trying to accomplish by limiting carbs? Some of us increase protein and lower carbs as a fat loss strategy, some people reduce carbs and try ketogenic.

Why are you trying to limit carbs to 109 grams a day? What settings do you have your macros?

Well, if you only eat 109 g carb and 109g protein, the rest must be made up with fat. Lots of butter, olive oil, and avocado. But that doesn't seem like a nutritionally balanced diet unless there are medical reasons for doing so and doc is supervising your health.
