out of the blue, no injury, elbow pain...help, please! ):

So, a week or so ago my elbow felt a little weird...sort of like it had to pop and I just didn't think much of it but over the course of the last couple of days it has progressively gotten worse to the point where it's painful to straighten it completely, bend it or use it any way that requires lifting or twisting. As an example, just to give an idea of where it hurts, it hurts the very most to brush my hair or bend it to put my hair up or straightening it and then turning so the top of my hand is facing toward my body. It's so weird...I cannot think of anything I could have done to injure it, I don't lift weights, do pull-ups or tons of push-ups or anything. I've been doing P90X (just the "cardio" work-outs) and running. I haven't done push-ups in about 5 days so I am just finding it frustrating and incredibly odd! Any thoughts or ideas on what this might be?
