Hello All,
This is my 3rd time back. I would need your help and support for gaining enough motivation to stay focused. I suffer from PCOD/S, haven't been able to shed any weight from the past couple of years. I am very regular with my exercise but can't watch my food. Hope to stick around this time with some visible result.

My best friend has the same problem. I am good watching, but I need motivation in working out. I don't want to just lose this weight I would like to be strong, and build some muscle. I don't mind helping you with motivation if you can do the same for me. I have two baby girls, after my second child it is very hard for me to lose the baby weight. My baby is now 1 years old it's time to say good bye to this weight1
