Started last week

I actually weighed in a couple of weeks ago but didn't really get on board until last week. That being said, I really worked hard at getting some sort of exercise and eating only my calorie amount. For the most part, until this weekend when we went out of town, the only sugar I ate was fruit. I gained 2 lbs. What is up with that? Not going to let it stop me, but it is a little disconcerting. Anyway, here is to a good week for us all!
