Hi I think my situation is fairly unique but would love to hear from anyone else in my situation and discuss how they/we deal with everyday things.
Firstly I am a type 1 diabetic,
I have GORD
I work in catering and so for 5 days a week I have to work during normal meal times so I ajust my meal plan and day by 3 hours to allow for this but then spend 2 days a week eating and living at normal times.
I suffer from depression so sometime struggle with motivating myself and other times I can hardly slow down.
One month ago I was told by the doctor that I had just got onto the Obeese part of the chart and that frightened me so I am trying to sort my life out and have set the ambishous goal of reaching my idael body weight, BMI and body fat by the end of the year. This will probably be the first time in my life (I am now 52) that I have ever been at those figures.
In the last 4 weeks I have managed to get from 84.4kg, BMI 29.9 and body fat 33.3% to 80.7 kg BMI 27.3 and body fat 31% my target are weight between 54 and 73.1kg BMI 18.5 to 25 and body fat 25.7%.
I welcome all comments, help and motivation as well as finding others in similar situations.
