I Think I Learned Something Important Today

Recently I added a Fitbit to my weight loss tool box. Today during my workout, I began paying attention to my heart rate zones. I began to notice that when I used my heart rate to set my rest times between exercises, I could do more work. By adding longer rest periods between sets I was able to (1) keep my heart in the cardio zone, (2) do more repetitions, (3) consume calories at a higher rate, and break through a couple of plateaus. Hmmm.....
