Hi there I am male 5'6 154, I am starting to do basic full body workouts 5-6 days a week for 45 to 60 minutes. I sometimes do weight lifting but have to be careful due to medical reason, the part I am trying to lose now is in the stomach.

What timeline do you mean by 'starting'? Give yourself more time to see results from your workouts. You will get better results from High Intensity Interval Training (google for more info) than steady state cardio. Weight training doesn't have to be done 3 or 4x a week, but shouldn't be random. Even 1x/wk multi-muscle functional exercises will work well. Listen to your body though, if you have medical issues. Talk to your doc or physio (depending on the problem) for some guidance in that.
Whatever you do, keep up your activity, something is always better than nothing!1
