So I picked up a couple of the Mio flavor enhancer bottles. Since they are flavor enhancers for water, can I count those as water, or do they count as something different? I still log it in my diary, but can I also count it as water?

    All beverages count as "water."

    Yup.

What are they, just squirty flavours?

I don't log them. They're 0 calories, and the actual volume that you use shouldn't be enough to significantly add to your liquid consumption.

Exactly. One squirt per cup of water. But since it's an additive, I wasn't sure.

I'm not sure if it is possible to track sucralose or acesulfame-potassium with MFP, but if you can and are, then log it. Otherwise there's really nothing in it, not even sodium or anything. I don't track mine, just the water itself. Anything that helps get it into me.

It's like Crystal Light, just entirely in liquid form

What else would it be? Water with flavor doesn't become something other than a liquid.... It's water. The whole point is to stay hydrated - whether you get hydrated from water, other liquids, food whatever - just be adequately hydrated and don't try and make it so much more complicated than it needs to be.
