Hey Group!
I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on a good/reasonably priced womens' MultiVitamin. The main reason I want to start taking a MultiVitamin is because I have not been eating as much as a should. I workout 5-6x a week, but I do not have an appetite, so I do not eat as much as I should. My doctor recommends that I try a good MultiVitamin, but with so many choices, I don't know where to start.

My RD several years ago recommended Rainbow Light and I've been using them since.
That being said, you want to make sure to eat enough food and not rely on a vitamin instead of eating.1 -
I looked into Rainbow Light and it has great reviews! Thanks for the tip Queenmunchy!0
