Hello from Southern California...

I have been wanting to eat healthier and become more active for a while. I always struggle with this, as I'm sure most of you do. With the help of a friend, I have been going to the gym 3 days a week and taking classes, such as Zumba, Yoga and Body Combat. I have recently started a low carb diet and have a goal of loosing 140 over the next year and 2 months. I am happy to be working out and eating better.

    Good Luck there! From SD, myself. Remember losing weight is a lifestyle change and not a temporary thing. I lost 25 lbs 7 years ago and kept it off since then. Add me if you want
