    Successes / struggles this week: No real struggles. Weight dipped down to 137 again, always nice to see new lower numbers.
    I weigh daily, my goal is 130 and the weight tracking app I use predicts I'll reach it a month today - I highly doubt that! But I'm not worried, so long as the trend line is heading south :smile:

    Successes / struggles this week: Just so tired... Exercised just 3 mornings this week which feels like a failure, but I suppose that is 3 more than most of the weeks for the past few months.

    Successes/struggles this week: Well.....this week wasn't so hot. Too much travelling and being busy with work, but that's over. We are getting back on track ladies! My goal today will be more water.

    Started a diet bet yesterday, so I had to weigh in for that. I am up 1.3 pounds from last Wednesday. I'll be chugging water for the next 2 days to see if I can get that weight off and have a loss for the week.

    Successes / struggles this week: Got out of my weight stall...yay! A little skeptical of the scale today but I weighed myself several times to make sure. We will see next week.
