So ive lost 80 lbs in the past and gained 50 back -.-

So right now I am having a hard time feeling full... which is weird because the first time I lost weight I couldn't even get all my macros in..

For instance right now I just ate 8oz of chicken and a cup of rice just so that I can get on with the rest of my day and I swear I could eat the same thing again...

Another thing too was that I had a (serving) job before which I was always moving around and now I work in HR which is pretty much sitting on my *kitten* for 8 hours a day and getting up 30x times to go to the restroom from drinking water

anyone else have this issue?

A reason you may be feeling that way is your meal had next to no fibre in it. Fibre is a huge help to feeling full and fending off hunger pangs. Try cutting down the chicken and rice portion sizes a tad and adding a couple servings of steamed veg. If you look at calorie counts, you'll find that just cutting 2oz chicken and a 1/4 cup rice will translate to tons of steamed veg...a bigger volume of food...which will also make you feel fuller...all for same calorie count.

Try substituting cabbage (a lot of it!) for the rice. Or, if you're willing to try something new, try "yam / Shirataki noodles".

It's also pretty low fat. Maybe adding some would be satiating for you. You're an experiment of one. Try stuff out and see what sticks.
