I am wondering if I have it set up with MFP correctly.
Yesterday for example it recorded 2 "workouts" and gave me an extra 173 calories.
Then for steps it took 21 calories away.
My activity is set to sedentary so that the the watch and my inputted exercise will adjust, however if I am walking 11,000 steps+ why is it taking away calories?
My goal on MFP is 1300 - 1443 is what I ate + 152 from exercise (workouts minus steps) and I had 9 remaining.
When I pull up my Activity app my total calories for the day was 2202 - if I am reading it ALL correctly then my deficit would have been 759? A little too high if this is my best guess.
Should I be changing MFP to lightly active or just let it go and see what happens?

Did you update your lost weight?
If you walk 11k in steps a day lightly active should be okay. I like setting it on sedentary even when working out because it feels like I get faster results1 -

Yes I have only had the watch about 4 days and on MFP I log my weight weekly.
Sedentary gives me 1300 and lightly gives me 1520 calories - My BMR on MFP is 1,444 but most other places 1511-1518.0 -

And then this happened?
I am losing calories from steps and twice??
Since your Apple Watch inputed the steps from workout it took it away from the mfp step tracker so it doesn't double log your steps
