This is how I do my regular meatballs to go with marinara

    Turkey/zucchini meatballs:
Shred 1-2 zucchini and squeeze most of the liquid out. Mix with 1lb ground turkey, 1 egg, seasoning, parmesan cheese, and choice of bread crumb. Bake at 425 for 18-20 minutes. Cool and freeze on a cookie sheet (flash freeze). Once frozen, transfer to a labeled freezer bag. To serve, microwave until thawed or simmer in sauce.

These Asian turkey meatballs are awesome, but I just add 1T honey to each batch of the dipping sauce.

I also sometimes make these buffalo chicken meatballs but I add the hot sauce right into the mix after accidentally doing it a few years ago and loving the results. You can use turkey in place of ground chicken.

Meatloaf meatball. I grate 1-2 med carrots, garlic and 1 small onion into a bowl, crush up crackers or use bread crumbs..Add an egg, 1-1.5 lbs turkey meat salt garlic powder, worchesteshire sauce, pepper and a Mrs dash type seasoning. Brown in a pan. We eat those with marinara or roasted veg, in a sandwich.
My kids and husbo always request these and it's super quick and easy.

Use cheesecloth or a clean towel and squeeze over the sink. I just twist it until all of the moisture is gone. I've ripped some cheap towels, lol!
