Hi , Im trying to lose 30 lbs and i am eating the minimum recomended amount of calories (weekly) for my height to lose weight. I work out hard almost everyday for about an hour and a half or 2 and am seeing some change so far. Its only week 3 for me and im wondering if i should eat back the calories i burn during a workout? If i dont i felel like id be too hungry but i also am not sure if im slowing myself down?

Yes the idea behind MFP is to eat your calories earned through exercises. That said most people only eat around 50% back initially and check their progress around 4 weeks in as the calorie burn from machines and MFP can be very inaccurate.1
