Hello

Hey everyone, I'm checking in from Thunder Bay Ontario. I'm a 24 year old male and hanging in at about 6'1" and around 256lb I'm in okay shape but I need to be better. My ultimate goal is to take my weight down to about 200lb and maintain it for a while before trying to add any serious amount of muscle mass. I've started counting calories, drinking more water, and when life calms down a bit more in a week or so I'm going to go to the gym more often. I am open to tips, suggestions, and general chatting.
