    Simplybe has some great Plus Size activewear (both branded and their own brand) and regularly have stuff in the sale in sizes bordering "normal" shop sizes as most stuff seems to sell out in the higher sizes. I picked up some leggings and a couple of in-built support tops for around £20 in Size 16-20 as I too have the wide hip issues!
