Hello Friends!
My biggest struggle is motivation to work out. Any support is welcome and I hope I can ruturn the support when needed. I am like a yo-yo when it comes to eating well. One week I do awesome and the next week I treat myself a little too much :x More than anything I need to find a way to be more consistent, so any suggestions on how people have stuck with a healthy life style would be great!
Be well!

I found setting specific workout goals helped me stay on track with exercise routines. Schedule a race if you run, track your weight if you lift so you can keep pushing yourself to the next level, look into local clubs or adult leagues if there is a specific sport you like.
For staying on track with eating: I find it helps if I try to minimize "treats" around the house. I am unlikely to specifically go out to get something for a craving, but if it is sitting in my pantry I lose that battle pretty easy. Get into food prepping over the weekends so you can easily grab and go with healthy options throughout the week. Always always always log, even if your are like "crap I totally screwed up today". Hold yourself accountable.
Good luck!1 -
I myself had a hard time going to the gym at first. I always recommend a gym over home if possible specially if you lack motivation sometimes the cost to be a member is a kick in the tail to go.
What I found out is forcing myself to go for a few weeks is that once you start seeing a feeling the results it gets easier each day. I'm to the point now I almost crave a workout.2 -
I think motivation is alot of us need often but like the guy above me said force yourself. Try to write everything down and when you need motivation look at the notes and look how far you've gotten.1
