today i will work hard to eliminate all the extra calories i added to my body over the week end.. the holiday's are good times to spend with your family and friends..over some delicious foods.. but if your like me i think next time i may be the one doing the cooking..so that every one will be at my subjection for the calorie intake,, then i wont have to worry about. CALORIES all day...lol

That's a good idea - I have recently moved back home after finishing university and have taken charge of cooking the dinner every night for my family - my mum loves it because she no longer has to worry about cooking after work and I feel completely in control of what I'm eating - just like when I was away at uni. It's so easy to feel overwhelmed and tempted within certain situations where you feel you have to eat high calorie food because they're there. However, coming to realisations like this is what MFP is all about - making practical, sustainable lifestyle changes so don't forget to take a second to consider how far you've come! Good luck with your extra exercising!
