Diet binge eat cycle

    When you diet - are you super strict? Low calories or food elimination / food replacement type thing?

    I don't do "diets" any more. Instead I found a few lifestyle changes and am working on those. I try to incorporate 3 servings of veggies a day. If I'm eating veggies....I don't have as much room for more calorie dense foods.

    I try to be more active.....FitBit steps, workout DVDs. I started with a puny goal of 60 minutes per week (10 Minute Solution DVDs).....as this became "normal" I added more minutes.

    Baby steps - we didn't become overweight overnight.
