I'm 5'9" and am at my goal weight of 145.
I started at 170 and dropped my excess weight over the course of about 9 months. I'm very happy and content at 145, and have been maintaining for a little over a year now.2 -

I been bouncing around 210-225 for about 20 years. Currently 215.
I want to get to 175 and see what's next.0 -
5'9" female, currently 191 (was 215+ when pregnant 2 years ago). Slow start to lose weight, now actively working to get back around 155-1600

My current weight is 161 lbs. I started at 270 lbs almost 2.5 years ago. I'm trying for 155 at an extremely relaxed pace (0.5 lbs/week).
I'm REALLY happy with how I look right now. I'd probably stop for aesthetics, but all the medical literature indicates that the less I weigh, the happier my back and other joints will be, and the better the outcomes for my condition.
I am just curious to see how you are doing with your scoliosis? Are you not able to get the surgery to correct it? I had scoliosis surgery when I was 12. I had a "C" curvature that was about 55 degrees and getting worse so they said it needed correcting. Now this was back in 1995, and I have a lot more things in me than I hear people today do. My surgery was 8 hours and I have two rods, bolts, wires, pins. I hope you are able to get some relief! Did you ever try a back brace?
Btw, I'm 5'8 and weigh 173lbs. I'm looking to get to 145-150.
Surgery is a possibility, but it's a last resort for an adult because the spine is much more rigid and the complications more likely and severe. Bracing doesn't work on adults either because the spine has fully fused.
My scoliosis was not diagnosed until I was nearly 30. I have rotary scoliosis with 3 significant curves present in all three areas of the spine. It would require rods from C2 all the way to my sacrum, and I would lose the ability to bend at all, and the risk of serious and debilitating complications is significant.
Currently, in addition to weight loss, which has definitely relieved pressure on my back, I'm pursuing (at my orthopedic surgeon's recommendation) physical therapy to relieve the problems caused by nerve pinching.0 -
5'11, started at 320 and am about 207 at the moment (technically 208.5 today, but I had Chinese for dinner last night ). Aiming to get down to at least 180 and then reevaluate. Longer term goal in my head right now is around 160, but since I haven't been a normal weight for my height since I was a child, I'm not quite sure what will look and feel best for me and won't until I get there.2

5'9" and currently 195, working toward 170.0

I'm 6' and 241 lbs. My goal weight is 180. My sacred dream weight is more like 165. I got a long way to go.0

155-ish. I'd like to get closer to 145-150, but I think that will be a summer project.0

5'10 and 142. Want to get to a solid 140 and then start recomping for body fat loss. Body fat is so much harder to lose when you're so close to goal weight.1

Age: 31
Height: 5'9"
SW 179 (1/1/2018)
CW 163.8
GW: 150 (145 would be ideal, just to have some room to fluctuate around GW)

5'10", currently 215. Ultimate goal is 135. Not sure I can get that low without losing muscle at my age, so if I get close I'll be happy. ("Close" is defined as 150 or under because 150 puts me exactly in the middle of the normal BMI range for my height.)0

5"8 158Ibs ... goal 135-1401

5'91/2" My current weight is 190 but 140-150 works best for me. MFP gets the weight off but I start snacking and then can't stop. This is the most that I have ever weighed, even when I was pregnant. At 65 years old, it is really hard to get it off now.0

6’1” (just over the limit sorry!) and 184, goal is 175 but I carry a lot of muscle0

HW 307 in 2007 and have gradually come down, I've bounced between 166-176 for 4 years now and happy with that.1 -
5'10.5" SW 220 CW 147 GW 142 but looking at maintaining and then building some muscle.0

160cm, 47kg.
I would sometimes take some Best Appetite Suppressant to lose weight.
And I like to eat fish:

I am 6'1". I started at 250 and got down to 196 a year and a half ago. I'm back up to 206 and would like to get back to 195ish. I was very slim at 17 ( around 170), but at 50, 195 works for me and still like allows me to eat a reasonable amount!0

5 foot 9 and 130 lbs. I'm not really looking to lose more weight, but it's been dropping off still due to a very busy work schedule.3
