Not losing anymore weight

I work out like everyday and i am not losing anymore i keep track of what i eat but i dont eat all my calorie does protein play a big factor in my weight lose please someone help

    How do you track what you eat? Are you weighing all solids and semi-solids? Are you eating back exercise calories?

    Do you log everything? Do you use a digital food scale, how much weight do you have to lose? All the data is needed to be able to help you. Most of all do not give up. Stick with it. Good luck
