1) Authority Nutrition is a garbage site. They're about on a level with Dr. Oz as far as accuracy of information.
2.) Most of the woo in that article has been scientifically disproven. You do not lose more weight on a ketogenic diet - you lose more water weight at first, but fat loss in the long term is no different than any other diet. There's no such thing as spot reduction, keto doesn't make you lose your belly faster than any other macronutrient ratios.
The only relevant "hack" is the hacks who write their articles.6
